Wow, where did this month go! It’s been a busy month full of activities and events. A huge congratulations to Rob Price and his team on winning this years Curry Cup against Colchester. After the final being postponed due to the weather it was re arranged for Saturday 13th October.
I’d like to wish the new Golf Captains: Mark, Keith and Anne luck for a successful year in Golf and fund raising. The chosen charity for the year is Farleigh Hospice.
The heads of department team have enjoyed some golf lessons with our pro, Lee Cocker. Over the next 4 weeks they will be learning the fundamentals of golf and finish with a little competition on the par 3.
As the days get colder and Winter approaches, we start to think about our Golf Winter Programme. We have put one together, which has some indoor activities for you to take part in including Golf Pilates, Quiz Nights, Night Golf and more.
If you haven’t been in the gym recently, then you’re missing out on taking part in the mince pie challenge! There are two teams battling out to burn the most calories.
