In October we ran our StarOber Challenge
This was a 4 week challenge to create good habits and to try something new! It didn’t matter if it was exercise or diet related, as long as it was something that would have a positive impact in your life, like smiling more or taking time for yourself.
In total we had 67 people have a go at the challenge which beat last years total by 22! Each week the Wellness Team kept in touch with a Nutrition and Lifestyle advice alongside a weekly Exercise, Class and Stretch to try. Overall the challenge had a great outcome and hopefully people will keep at their new habit.
