Thank you to everyone who came to the Yoga Festival, a great time was had by all who attended.
Congratulations to our Member of the Month, Katie Hodges, who has now lost over 25kg. Well done Katie, keep up the good work.
This month we ran our Exercise of the Day Gym Challenge where each day there was a new exercise to perform. Across the month members could combine exercises to create a different workout and try something different to their Gym programme.
July Gym Challenge: To get you ready for your summer holidays we will setting up the Dice Game Workouts. This involves a bit of fun by rolling the dice 5 times to create a 5 station circuit. You will perform each station for 30 seconds and repeat each exercise twice. You then roll the dice for a final time to decide what exercise to finish on.
In July we’ll be welcoming Tom Halls to the Wellness Team. Tom has an extensive knowledge base, having recently completed both a Sport and Exercise Science degree and a Masters degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Medicine. He is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and has completed several other fitness related qualifications including Exercise Referral, Obesity and Diabetes Management, Outdoor Fitness, HIIT Coaching and Group Indoor Cycling.
