Gym Challenge

In August, we had our Decathlon Gym Challenge – How quickly could you complete 10 exercises back to back – the aim was to complete 10 exercises and record the time taken to complete all 10 including transition times. We had Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels for both Male and Female members and you were able to categorise yourself by age. Well done to all those who took on the challenge!

This month we have our Running Challenge! The aim is to complete the total distance of either the Rome or New York Marathon on the Treadmill’s between the 1st and 30th September.  Don’t worry, you don’t have to do it all in one go!  Please ask one of our Wellness Advisor’s to set this up for you on the treadmills.  You can break it down into 5km or 10km sections, or you can start the whole marathon, go for as long as you want to and then pick up where you left off last time!  The Challenge will be to see who can complete a marathon and how many marathon’s you can complete over the course of the month!
