The new timetable is underway and there are some great new additions to the timetable, such as Barre – a ballet-inspired workout which runs Thursdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:30 am, we will be adding more Barre classes if it proves popular. We have added more classes to our popular holistic timetable such as Hatha Flow Yoga Saturdays at 8:30 am and Vinyasa Yoga Fridays at 7 am which have been well received. If you fancy an early morning workout try Rob’s new HIIT class Tuesday at 7 am it will set you up for the day ahead.
George taught his first Ballroom Dancing class on Tuesday 10th September and it was very popular, the class will also run on the 1st October, 5th November and 3rd December, no dance experience is needed and its great fun. George is also running monthly Dance Fever Party classes on Fridays at 6:30 pm on the following dates – 27th September, 25th October, 29th November, 20th December – these classes are a great way to start your weekend.
Les Mills Launch weekend will run 11th– 13th October and will be a great opportunity to try out the exciting new Les mills releases with team teaches from your favourite instructors.
