A class for those who like a challenging & highly structured practice.

Baby Club

A opportunity for you to meet other parents and enjoy baby time together. The Baby Club uses a mixture of sensory and messy play to help develop all senses.

BOX

Beat stress like a champion with a workout based on the movements and principles of boxing or martial arts. Shadow or pad work using gloves & pads or other equipment. Max out the calories with this hard hitting workout.

DANCE

Get moving and grooving! Join a dance based workout, experience a variety of styles, moves and music. No rhythm required and great for all ages. Feel energised and experience a fun but challenging workout.

HIIT

HIIT Step

HIIT Step is a NEW 30 minute HIIT exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. Using the principles of High Intensity Interval. HIIT Step is a high energy class that pushes you to new limits.

Les Mills BODY ATTACK

Build strength and endurance with this high energy fitness class which combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Les Mills BODY COMBAT

Fuel cardio fitness and feel empowered with this martial arts-inspired full body workout that fuels cardio fitness. It's totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

Les Mills BODY STEP

Tone your glutes and thighs in this full body workout that gets everyone from new comers to fitness veterans energised.

METAPWR

A resistance workout combining bodyweight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout.

OUTDOOR

RIDE Race

RIDE Rhythm

RIDE Rhythm is perfect for the rider who loves the pulse and energy that is generated through music. This workout is an energising experience that combines RPM and BPM, with cycling choreography for a fun and effective workout.

RIDE Rush

RIDE Rush is ideal for making the most of your workout. Rush is inspiring and is interval training focused. It covers all terrains and delivers HIIT (high intensity interval training) in an empowering and fun way. Are you ready to experience the Rush?

STEP

A high energy class to help improve your legs and glutes by providing strength, power and tone. Step to music or to intervals. The step can be adjusted to suit your level of fitness or to increase your calorie burn.

Step & Tone

Choreographed training designed to improve cardiovascular fitness targeting the muscles of the lower body. The use of an adjustable platform allows participants to manage their own intensity.

ZUMBA

A fusion of hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalizing moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be easy and enjoyable.

A high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.

SHAPE

An uplifting workout that is endurance based to tone and shape, including some light aerobic work. Perfect for tightening those wobbly bits. Using weights, weighted plates, and resistance bands.

STRENGTH
