The participants are the most amazing group of members and friends who all come together to exercise and have fun. Aqua classes are fun, friendship building and hard work! It's honestly joyous. You can expect an amazing workout, working to your own ability all whilst being supported in water.

Aqua may be low-impact, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be a tough workout. One of the best things about it is that it fits any skill level or age group. The exercise is great for those with joint problems and chronic pain, and pregnant women. But it's also an amazing option for those without physical limitations.
