Benton Hall Padel
Dear Member
If you are booking a padel court and you only have 2 members playing, upon check-in at reception, please make the receptionist aware that you are playing as 2 players. Reception will then be able to add virtual players 3 and 4 and make sure you are not charged.
If this manual adjustment is not made, Playtomic will charge £7 per player (per hour) for the non-named players.
Should you not check in at reception for this process to be administered, the charge will be non-refundable.
Can you also please ensure that any players (members or non members) are registered with Playtomic otherwise the system will not recognise the booking. Please note that members need to use the same email address to register with Playtomic that they used to register at The Club Company.
