An invigorating cycle class. Every class will start with a 5-minute Functional Threshold Power test which will be used to drive your workout results.
RIDE Race - What can regular class attendance do for my health/fitness/body composition?
Increase metabolic rate and aerobic fitness
RIDE Race - What do I need to wear/bring?
Bring some water and wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in - preferably lycra to make cycling more comfortable. Wear cycle shoes if possible, or trainers.
RIDE Race - Which muscles are the most worked during a class?
This class will help to increase leg power and strength.

While it can be fun to go on a ride alone to clear your thoughts, the energy you feel from your RIDE class peers is contagious. If you come into class and really show up, your 45-minute ride could feel as fast as 20 minutes because you’re enjoying it. And when the person next to you is screaming out in anticipation and excitement for the coming climb, you won’t even realise it’s your second-to-last song. You’ll be having too much fun working out and sweating.
I love teaching Ride Race because of the energy of the members, and the real desire they have to improve their fitness. You can expect great music and, of course, lots of sweat! Your fitness will improve along with overall leg strength, and you will get to know a great bunch of like-minded cyclists! I think what members enjoy most is is getting a fantastic workout whilst catering for that competitive spark within.
