RIDE Rush - What can I expect from this class?
A cycle class, using drills and intervals by working with the RPM (speed of the wheel) and load (resistance on the bike). You can adjust both throughout the class.
RIDE Rush - What can regular class attendance do for my health/fitness/body composition?
Increase metabolic rate and aerobic fitness
RIDE Rush - What do I need to wear/bring?
Water, & wear comfortable clothing that you can move easily in, preferably lycra to make cycle more comfortable. Cycle shoes if possible or trainers.

It's designed to keep riders engaged, excited, and enthusiastic about their workout from start to finish.
