A aerobic class using a step, levels can be adjusted by step height. Exercises simple and choreographed to music.

Although I am the instructor, I can forget that I’m even working out and get lost in the movement and the choreography! I love Step classes because you’re not only working on your fitness, but also challenging your memory and improving coordination and balance.
