I love teaching Ride Race because of the energy members and the real desire they

have to improve their fitness
You can expect great music and of course lots of sweat
Your fitness will improe along with overall leg strength and you will get to know a
great bunch of like minded cyclists
Main areas worked are your quads, hamstrings, glutes, hip flexors and calves and
did you know that Cyclists develop the stringest hearts of all athletes?!
I think what members enjoy most is is getting a fantastic workout whilst catering
for that competitive spark within

Why do you love teaching strength class?

I love teaching Strength as it's freestyle which lets me be creative with the content of the class. The class also now has a great following, a really strong community and just a fantastic feel-good factor. Members love seeing improvements in their form and strength and ability, working hard and getting results.
