A Yoga class begins with breath awareness and a warm up. A series of postures is introduced to develop strength and flexibility, including standing poses and floor work. The class will end with relaxation or meditation.

Most people will have no problem with this form of exercise - anyone and everyone can benefit and work to their own level. Part of Pilates is knowing your limits and working within them. Seeing people progress, get stronger and manage their injuries and health conditions is very rewarding as an instructor.
